Last week, we provided a heads up on Holders Crypto philosophy. As you may have learned from our whitepaper, we have planned a 3% fee for the marketing and a 2% fee for holders’ distribution.

Let us explain the original thought behind it.
Why is there a Marketing Fee? What is it used for? For our day-to-day operations such as marketing, advertisement, team salary, web asset management, programming cost, server fee, technical consultation fee, listing fee, donations, and events, etc. will require funding. The more aggressive we go on projects, more the funding we need. You will soon realize the software that we are building are much complex than it looks and will require substantial funding. The coins that come to the CI Marketing wallet were supposed to be spent on these expenses. We knew the Marketing Fee would not be able to completely fund this because it greatly depends on the daily volume. And ironically we are discouraging short-term traders. So we allocated a wallet for the ecosystem and that will be used for funding the operations.
Why is there a Holders Fee? What is it used for?
We want to encourage long-term holders of the coin. We believe the long-term holders will provide a solid base and eventually will act as shareholders of the whole ecosystem when it is fully developed. So for every transaction that happens, we calculate 2% of the CI coins and distribute them to all coin holders. Basically, a small reward is received in your Cow Inu wallet every day. So not only do you enjoy the long-term price appreciation of CI coin but also the gradual increase of your coin count in your wallet. Those who keep the coins for a long time without any sell-transaction will also receive additional airdrops after your long-term wait. This makes the Cow Inu coin very attractive to hold for the long term. Let us repeat, all our price engineering is designed to favor the long-term holders of the coin.
PRESENT:
The leadership team revisited the original strategy with our new philosophy — Holders Crypto. We have decided to eliminate the Marketing fee. Instead, the Holders Fee will be incremented to 5%. That means, going forward, we will distribute 5% of the transaction volume to holders and you will see more coins getting accumulated on your wallet. Everyday. A huge Mooooo!
Then you have a question on how we will fund the ongoing activities. Now we will have to solely depend on the Ecosystem wallet to fund our operations. We will be very transparent and open about every sale and its general purpose. Our goal is always stable and steady growth and even though it is not in our hands, we do not like quick spikes, sudden dips, or inflation.
You may also see purchases from our Ecosystem, remember, we are going to buy back the coins if necessary. Any sale or purchase that happens from the Ecosystem wallet is fully transparent to the Coin Holders and will do only for the benefit of the system or project progress.
Even though we provided 15% slippage instructions on the Pancake swap, in the beginning, we did not actually enforce it. However, going forward you will see 5.25% — 6% slippage on the Pancake swap.
FUTURE:
Once the coin is stabilized and we reach the Pricing-Phase 2 of our price target, we will reduce the Holders Fee to 4%. And in subsequent pricing phases, we will reduce it further. Years later, you will see that CI coin would carry out attributes of a true textbook-currency: something that benefits holders, active transaction makers, third parties, governing systems, and ecosystem with consideration of inflation, trading aspects, or cross-currency exchanges, etc. We will let an economist talk about it.
